In keeping with our commitment to transparency and fairness, we have established this Cancellation and Refund Policy, which sets out the applicable terms, conditions, and procedures.
Consent
By accessing our website and availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Parties Involved
For the purpose of this agreement, "NAMMA MBBS" shall refer to the organization providing counselling and admission guidance services and shall hereinafter be referred to as the First Party or NAMMA MBBS.
The term "Subscriber/Applicant/Candidate" shall include the student, parent, guardian, or any authorized representative who has enrolled with NAMMA MBBS and accepted the terms of service. Such persons shall collectively be referred to as the Second Party or Subscriber.
Scope of Services
NAMMA MBBS provides guidance, counselling, information, updates, and advisory services intended to help subscribers make informed decisions regarding their academic and career goals.
Subscriber's Discretion
The subscriber retains full discretion in deciding whether or not to act upon the guidance, recommendations, updates, and information provided by NAMMA MBBS.
No Seat Guarantee
NAMMA MBBS is not engaged in the business of securing admissions or guaranteeing seats in any educational institution.
No Liability for Non-Fulfillment
NAMMA MBBS shall not be held responsible if the subscriber fails to secure admission or seat allotment due to non-fulfillment of eligibility requirements, inadequate academic performance, insufficient rank, incomplete documentation, missed deadlines, policy changes, or any other criteria imposed by institutions, universities, counselling authorities, or regulatory bodies.
Assistance in NEET Counselling
NAMMA MBBS provides counselling support and facilitates access to information relating to NEET Counselling processes, subject to the scope of services included within the subscriber's selected package.
Information Updates
The information, updates, analysis, recommendations, and opinions provided by NAMMA MBBS are based on available data, research, industry expertise, and professional experience.
Reliance on Subscriber's Information
NAMMA MBBS proceeds on the understanding that all documents, declarations, and information submitted by the subscriber are accurate, complete, and genuine.
No Admission Guarantee
NAMMA MBBS assists subscribers in exploring admission opportunities based on eligibility and counselling options. However, admission is never guaranteed.
Responsibility for Application Errors
The ultimate responsibility for verifying and confirming all submitted information rests solely with the subscriber.
No Verbal Commitments
NAMMA MBBS shall not be bound by verbal assurances unless formally documented and authorized in writing.
Subscription Fee and Refund
All registration fees, subscription fees, and service charges paid to NAMMA MBBS are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
No Refund for Non-Enrollment
No refund shall be payable if the subscriber does not secure admission or voluntarily discontinues services.
Fraudulent Activity
NAMMA MBBS reserves the right to suspend services and initiate legal action in cases involving forged documents, false information, or fraudulent activity.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be addressed amicably and, if unresolved, referred to arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Data Accuracy
NAMMA MBBS exercises reasonable care while preparing reports, college analyses, CXR (College X-Ray Reports™), rank predictors, admission guides, statistical data, counselling resources, and other informational materials.
CXR – College X-Ray Report™
The CXR (College X-Ray Report™) is a specialized evaluation report developed by NAMMA MBBS to provide subscribers with detailed insights into medical colleges beyond publicly available information.
The report may include analysis of infrastructure, academic environment, clinical exposure, patient inflow, faculty strength, hostel facilities, campus life, recognition status, approvals, location advantages, and other relevant parameters.
The report is intended solely as an informational and decision-support resource.
Document Assistance
NAMMA MBBS provides guidance regarding documentation requirements and submission procedures. Responsibility for arranging and maintaining valid documents remains with the subscriber.
